Utah small claims courts by county

Small claims are heard by justice courts, which are run by counties and cities: every county has a county justice court (Cache has none listed; Weber's is the joint Roy/Weber County court), and many cities have their own. File in the justice court where the defendant lives or where the problem happened; some cities share another city's or the county's justice court.
