Texas small claims courts by county

Every Texas county has its own Justice Courts (Justice of the Peace courts), split into one to eight precincts; big counties have several justices per precinct. File in the county and precinct where the defendant lives, where the problem happened, or where the contract was to be carried out (if the defendant lives out of state or can't be found, where you live). The row shows the Justice Court in the county seat; other precincts are counted in multiple_courts.
