Nevada small claims courts by county

Small claims are heard by Justice Courts, which are organized by township. Rural counties have one to four, Clark County has 11 and Washoe has 4, and Carson City (an independent city counted as a county) has one. File in the township where the defendant lives, works or does business, where the injury or damage happened, or where the contract was to be performed. The row shows the justice court in the county seat; other courts are listed in multiple_courts.
